Description

Housed in a former hospital dating from past century, the Granados 83 has been converted into a hotel featuring the Nouveau Art Deco style. Its structure, made of rusted iron reminiscent of the old lofts in New York s Soho, contrasts with the stone and glass facade and the Zen inspired interior design boasting premium minimalist elegance. The Granados 83 is located in the middle of the city, just a few metres from Rambla de Cataluna, Paseo de Gracia and Avenida Diagonal, right in the heart of the business, shopping and tourist district. Opened on March 2006, the hotel has 77 rooms, several of which are split-levels, triple rooms and suites, and some with terraces and private swimming pools. Now a new Business Centre free of charge for our customers. The hotel counts one restaurant and two bars, the „3“, with a creative, Mediterranean cuisine with Asiatic touches and exit to the terrace, the “8”, on the roof-deck and next to the swimming pool of the hotel, suitable to drink a cocktail and take some little snacks in the summertime, and the “G-Bar”, a minimalist place to take some cocktails during the whole year surrounded by design. Enjoy the swimming pool, the sunroom and the gym on the hotel’s top floor, or the semi-private pools in our suites.

Directions

Take the airport road “C-32B and go 3km, then take “la ronda de dalt” and leave it in the 11th exit “Salida 11 (Les Corts, Sant Joan de Déu, Zona Universitària i UPC), and keep “Les Corts Zona Universitària, UPC” direction. Take B-23 road, and when you get in the city turn to the right into the Balmes Street. Turn to the right again, into Mallorca street. Go straight until Granados Street. The hotel takes place in the number 83.
